PenFed (Pentagon Federal Credit Union) was founded in 1935 as a credit union for military and civilian government personnel and their families. PenFed services members in all 50 states, as well as the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Okinawa. The National Credit Union Administration regulates PenFed Credit Union.
